Hollister Employee of the Month in August, 2019

Leader of Monthly Sales at Tilly's for August and September 2020. Kelson received the award for September despite only working half of the month compared to other employees. Similarly, Kelson also received the award twice in back-to-back months despite only working from July 18, 2020 - September 17, 2020 at the company.

Worked at Canada's #1 Ski Resort during the 2019-2020 winter season at the Lake Louise Ski Resort in Banff, Alberta, Canada which has won the award for Canada's Best Ski Resort 10 times in the last twelve years. Additionally, the resort is in the most popular (and most visited) national park in Canada called the Banff National Park.

Worked at one of America's premier ski resorts during the 2020 - 2021 winter season at the Vail Ski Resort in Vail, Colorado, USA, which is annually in top 10 lists of the best ski resorts in the U.S. After the season concluded, Kelson was offered a management position with a much higher pay raise but kindly declined, because he wanted to pursue his education instead at Indiana University.
